<p>It should not be a nee new thing since they have always been on a,first name basis in the back since forever but as a well taught and cultured lady she should have known better that calling someone of that age name without including a "Mr/Mrs" is actually disrespectful.</p><p>Make Tony no vex naaaa,na borrowed culture and style do us like that.</p><p>This is actually one of the best nice piece have read this morning tho.
