<p>I was and am still a little bit like this.</p><p>Always to myself. Not wanting to engage so much. Fear of criticism.</p><p>And I don’t know if I’m still like that &nbsp;because probably it’s now a part of me unconsciously.</p><p>There is always a need to explore and break out from your shell. You need evolvement and it starts with you.</p><p>I do hope you are more flexible and eased?</p><p>A great and relatable read!!</p>
