<p>The nurses went on strike was for a just course, it's just sad that to be heard in Nigeria drastic measures has to be taken. These measures sometimes goes against the oath, but what can one do in a crumbled system. Only if she can provide another way to meet the demands of the nursing association who are fighting to the profession better, if not she definitely wasn't right for not going on strike. And what's the money for? I see no reason for the money</p>

@emmanuelscofield there's MLSCN, there's also JOHESU, the joint health sector union. Which includes senior staff of MLS and nurses. MLSCN has not gone on strike in times but JOHESU has. Basically, the doctors were left in the hospital

Hmmmm. While I agree that standing together to fight for a common cause amplifies the voices of the collective, I am curious as to what could have influenced the nurse’s decision to stay back. Also, I see no reason for the money too. It’s putting us against us.
