<p>While adults point fingers, the child loses. We stifle kids emotionally by treating their questions as 'disrespect,' which is just ageism. Then, we stifle them academically in rigid systems with 10+ subjects, ignoring different learning paces. Parents are exhausted surviving, and teachers are overwhelmed. But instead of fixing the gap, adults blame each other, or worse, the kids. We must stop punishing children for our systemic failures and take active steps to actually support them.</p>
