I honestly don't think the woman was trying to be rude. I feel like she only called him addressed him with whatever she thought of at that point but she immediately adjusted the moment she was corrected.Now, neither of them were wrong.The man was standing in what he believed to be right and the woman adjusted the moment she realized what was right to her felt wrong to him without asking talking back . I believe that is professionalism.
