<p>Rest is most of the time thought of as a luxury that cannot be afforded.</p><p>At what ever stage you are in life, it's very important to rest especially when your body needs it. That doesn't mean your are lazy or even behind.</p><p>Rest is important so that when you get back up, you'll be doing that stronger and even more motivated.</p><p>Even God rested 🤷‍♀️</p><p>Nice insight ❤️</p>
