<p>This silence scares me , I believe what makes it even more loud is the numbness you feel from the inability to express oneself till the point it feels suffocating .</p><p>You ask yourself why do you bother when they don't see your pain or till the point of misunderstanding you till the point you wonder do you even understand yourself?</p><p>Part of that feeling I might say is the fear of being shot down or invalidated which comes in the terrain of commication</p>
