<p>I get this.</p><p>It is a human thing to want to be seen, understood and watched. To not be completely alone even when we claim we want to.</p><p>I remember crying alone in my bed after a loss, I didn't want anyone near me, but I still pretended that there was someone holding me</p>

Truly we always want to be seen - no matter how we lie to ourselves. It feels warmth knowing someone is around, noticing, helping out, listening or even holding.
