<p>This is really trueee. People are too bothered with their own insecurities to start carrying your own on their head.</p><p>Another thing people need to do is to stop letting things they can control bully them. Like a voice in your own head is trying to get you to feel less than? You need to learn how to quiet those voices.</p>
