<p>I would have called this paranoia, but thinking about it deeply, I think it could also pass for self awareness.</p><p>Like, someone can become so careful that they become overly self aware, constantly monitoring themselves and trying so hard to make everything perfect.</p><p>Then you start being so careful not to become the topic on people's lips.</p><p>At some point, self awareness can start to feel like you're watching yourself live your own life.</p><p>Weldonnnnn!
