<p>This is true.</p><p>I love this analysis too.</p><p>This births the question of what a state must do to restore trust.</p><p>Most times.</p><p>The failure of a state is the failure of it's leaders to address issues or the failure of the followers to bring issues to the attention of the leaders.</p><p>All in all.</p><p>I believe that the civil society has reduced the state of anarchy.</p><p>Although destruction is still not extinct.</p><p>It has reduced it a great while.</p><p>Well done</p><p>This was a beautiful read.</p><p>Keep on writing!</p>

The state needs reminders most times, look at your body

Sometimes you need a reminder to wake up at the time you do.

Complacency on any level only makes things worse

and in this context the leader is either external (state)or internal (state of nature). I think the state has enough authority and resources to address issues without needing reminders,and if it does, it really has no authority and sovereignty,thereby not a state.
