This totally resonates with me😑.....

Mostimes I am always like.."these so-called traditions and norms we uphold like no other, were they not made by human beings like us.

This thing is especially common in traditional communities where they claim "their ancestors" set the rules.

Weren't these ancestors human ????

You see that statement that they say when you try to point out things suggesting a change to the norms annoys me a lot...

Yess

And the funny thing is it's no longer an "old people" thing

Every generation suffers from this, and every generation still picks it up and pushes it to the next one coming

I get so weak whenever I see people forcing traditions on younger people.

Like your dress is nice but we weren't allowed to wear this during our time

Why?? Was there any reports of anyone dying from the dress or something?

It's really really annoying
