<p>I hundred percent concurrrr!!!!</p><p>Yes and yes.....</p><p>You just hit the nail on its head without beating around the bush..</p><p>One thing I always pray for is that I don't become guilty of things I once rebuked...</p><p>Also, in the act of preaching about the core values... yes, it's not just about "Do as I say" but more of "Feel as they feel and see as they do"</p>
