<p>Not all pain is loud. Not all coping is obvious. Some people are addicted to work, to approval, to staying busy, to not feeling.</p><p>Because feeling hurts and numbing is easier</p><p>Addiction can look like discipline, like hustle, like "I'm just busy".</p>
