"Do you really care", I've asked folks a number of times in my life, cos, after I tell you how I am, what then happens?

Truth of the matter is, there are folks who actually fo care, but they can't do much to help - cos they have their own problems.

So, why don't we rather find it sufficient when someone wants to know how you are? Even if it's for the warmth they could bring.
