The first step to anything is realizations, at least you've realized that it was because you didn't love yourself enough. I've been in your shoes, infact I just got out of one( a situationship innit🥲). But mine wasn't because I didn't think I did not deserve the love. But because I just didn't love myself enough. Thought I wouldn't be complete without that one person. I also cut mine off. #selflove first over everything!!

Yes, I have, it was a beautiful experience but I didn't love myself enough to allow me experience the love fully. At the back of my mind I always felt like I don’t deserve that kind of love and I always felt like something bad was bound to happen so I cut him off.
