<p>constitution to govern the people?.</p><p>This is share wickedness.</p><p>As I study, I see why the system is imbalanced. Because tell me why chapter IV of the constitution states all the fundamental human right, yet when your right is being deprived, another section states that the judicial body should in no time give answer or put hands in the clarity of this misuse of power.</p><p>Meaning you shouldn't be given clarity on why a certain thing is done to you, even if you go to the court to seek redress.</p>
