<p>This is absolutely true</p><p>Not setting boundaries will cost you a lot of emotional trauma.</p><p>Smiling, apologizing everytime isn't kindness, people see it as weakness and they use it against us.</p><p>When they see that the door is always open, they will misuse that opportunity.</p><p>And not being able to say no can really haunt you, imagine saying yes, when all your whole body is screaming no.</p><p>Setting boundaries shouldn't be something we should be guilty of, it is a must we set boundaries to live peacefully.</p>
