<p>I have had conversation with ladies, and I realized that 75% out of 100% are victims of rape and molestation.</p><p>You see! I will not talk about giving punishment to the rapist because it's not working. While punishing the rapist he may get erected and still look for someone to repeat that same act with. For me, I suggest enlightnment. Let's enlighten them. Via this enlightenment, not everyone will be transformed. But I am certain that a good number of them will change. Nothing beats enlightenment.</p>
