<p>I believe the answer lies somewhere between sensitivity and simplicity. We should care about how our words affect others without assuming every compliment carries an agenda. Sometimes people genuinely mean well but simply don’t have the perfect words. Speak kindly, receive kindly, and clarify when something feels uncomfortable.</p><p>Maybe that’s the balance we’ve been missing.</p>
