<p>Feelings are important, but they shouldn't always replace facts.</p><p>I like the distinction between what happened and how we interpreted it.</p><p>Emotions can guide us, but they can also cloud our judgment.</p><p>Learning to listen to our feelings without being controlled by them is important.</p>
