Some people cry, some go quiet, some keep functioning like everything is fine, but that doesn’t mean they’re hurting any less. We really shouldn’t measure someone’s pain by how loudly they express it. Sometimes, giving yourself permission to feel what you feel is already part of healing. 🤍</p>
