<p>Sometimes people see someone become more guarded and immediately call them bitter, without wondering what made them build those boundaries in the first place.</p><p>I also like that the rose isn't portrayed as beautiful because it never got hurt, but because it kept growing through it. That’s a different kind of strength.</p>
