<p>Yeah feeling is different from reacting</p><p>I've actually acted on emotion then i block the person</p><p>Normal i don't really do get angry but what the person did that day deserved blocking immediately i blocked her</p><p>But i later realised na my emotions control me</p><p>Then later unblock her nd nw react to it by discussing out</p><p>So reacting is better than letting emotions take over</p><p>Thanks for this insight</p>
