<p>This is such a needed reminder, we spend so much time measuring ourselves against other people standards, opinions and expectations that we forget the person staring back in the mirror is the one who has to live with us every single day . The scars, the imperfection, the quiet battles nobody sees, those things don’t make us less they make the story fuller, nobody else gets to decide our worth, that power stays with us</p>
