<p>That’s the scary part of growth sometimes you revisit an old version of yourself and realize the wound didn’t disappear,</p><p>you just became stronger around it. But being able to say “I can laugh now” means something has changed.</p><p>Maybe healing isn’t forgetting that version of yourself, but finally being able to meet them without becoming them again.</p>
