<p>This is honestly heartbreaking. The way you captured the slow transition from wondering what went wrong, to blaming yourself, to making excuses for their absence, and eventually realizing that you can’t keep chasing someone who’s already walked away is so painfully relatable. I especially loved the line about leaving the version in your head where they would always choose you like you would choose them.</p>
