<p>Kindness doesn't mean we are weak, or to allow being mistreated.</p><p>Kindness doesn't have to come in a big way, or an elaborate one.</p><p>Sometimes, sitting beside someone for a minute without saying a word is kindness.</p><p>Reaching out to someone just to check-in on them is kindness.</p><p>Smiling at someone is kindness.</p><p>Going out of you way to help someone is kindness.</p><p>Buying a sachet of water for someone is kindness.</p><p>Kindness comes in many ways.</p><p>This is a lovely one. 💅</p>

Exactly! ❤️ Kindness really doesn’t have to be grand or expensive. Sometimes just being present, checking in, or doing something small at the right moment can mean so much to someone. And yes, we can be kind without allowing people to mistreat us. Thank you so much!
