<p>This honestly made me think. I feel like religion should make people feel safe enough to seek help, not make them afraid of being judged when they’re already struggling. You can disagree with someone’s actions without treating them like they’re no longer worthy of compassion. Sometimes, people need someone to sit with them before they need someone to quote scripture at them.</p>

It's not just about quoting scriptures.

Sometimes people just need empathy. They don't necessarily need a person to fix anything. They just need to be understood and definitely not be judged.
