<p>I did this, and they noticed.</p><p>They complain that I've stopped being nice towards them. I didn't even argue; I just told them no.</p><p>Then, they decided to have the conversation with me. I told them what they've been doing that I don't like; they also laid their complaints, and we adjusted.</p><p>Sometimes, talk about it, they might not even know they are being themselves.</p>
