<p>For the real estate stuff and someone having lots of houses as properties is understandable too and it is not being greedy cause people are not from same cities and when you are from some certain places you have an advantage of own multiple houses and lands especially for cheeper rate and then sell to others migrating to your city in other for you to make profit.. Mind you some really big successful men love to buy houses instead of building in order to save their time</p>

At the end of the day, you can only live in one at a time, so it's unnecessary. Also, hotels exist, so why the need for that?
