<p>I was once in this phase</p><p>I didn't understand what was going on with me. I was fine, everybody acknowledged and appreciated my presence but I just felt bad inside. It took God to heal me, save me and make me whole again</p>

Recently I’ve learned that it helps to realize that we’re separate from our thoughts and feelings, we get them and feel them but we are not them

Like the clouds drifting in the sky, we have no control over our thoughts but we can control how we respond , act and react to them
