<p>Should I be afraid or everybody's story is different. I just recently officially became an adult according to the law and constitution of my dearly beloved country and it's been really nice. Or is it because I just started.</p><p>Older adults, please help me o, advice me, give me tips, what should I start doing?</p>

There's nothing to be afraid of o 😂.

Sometimes older people just tend to think a lot I guess.

Like one minute I was 16, dreaming and hoping to achieve certain things, now I'm growing older and the hopes are just decreasing the older I get

I start thinking of what I should've done right, where I messed up and often times the thoughts would have me down. But then I'll reminded myself there's still so much time ahead
