<p>I think everyone needs to hear this.</p><p>This is absolutely true.</p><p>There's a lot of productivity that results from the thoughts and plans that go on in the head during boredom. And it's also need to take a break from unhealthy activities and build capacity and discipline. I do wonder how men lived when there was no technology and how we would survive now even without our phones. Our lives are literally evolved round our devices.</p>
