<p>.....for myself and started working with is, detaching from companies that made me feel less, saying no confidently and sticking with my decision, getting back to doing things I used to do and loved doing to make me feel useful andd productive again . I started to feel alive again and feel like me while keeping the people that mattered around. There are seasons like that and. I'm so happy I'm over it. Probably getting over it but I'm so much better</p>
