<p>Exactly, the female gender get to face the bulk of it. The mindset has to be dealt with first, in what sense?</p><p>Everyone should be enlightened, infact convinced. As much as females are built up with a certain amount and level of strength and ability, some still have the strength to go beyond and do what men can do. There should really be no limitation and... should I say stereotyping. Women also deserve respect and praise in accordance to their ability.</p>

Yes, exactly! Women can do more than the bare minimum they are offered. Everyone is equal, I hear gender equality but no actions or changes are put in place to normalise it
