<p><a class="tc-blue" href="/public_profile-nanyongo-mwambo-253/">@mwambokate</a> I agree with you. Notifications can be very distracting, especially when you have a target to meet or have set a particular goal and you have to be on your device, but putting your device on DND sometimes can lead to missed opportunities. Imagine missing a call or a message or even missing an important meeting. Just like <a class="tc-blue" href="/public_profile-timileyin-adeoye-2800/">@timileyinadeoye</a> said, it is better we train ourselves with discipline. But the DND feature is really amazing and helps us to train ourselves into that discipline.</p>
