<p>I agree with you my dear.</p><p>That was one of the things asides prayer that helped me get better from a whole lot of things and pain. I think pouring out, explaining the way you want you relieves you of the stress of hoarding it all in and almost exploding but to the right people and that why journaling is the safest</p>
