<p>Honestly, this is so true. Men go through a lot but sometimes they’re expected to just keep quiet and “be strong.” The fear of not being enough is real, especially when everyone expects you to have your life figured out. We really need to normalize men expressing their emotions and asking for help too. ❤️</p>
