Truth is that people take things from previous relationships into consideration when getting into a new relationship. So hurting them will cause so much issues in their new relationship. Plain PTSD..

Honestly, thisssssssss. And then they start expecting the partner to meet up to what they call standards. When the standards is because of what happened in their last relationships. Tsk tsk. They start comparing their part ers to their exes as well. It's pretty annoying
