<p>This really got m</p><p>The way you described punishing yourself emotionally after that mistake was extreme, to me o.</p><p>Because sometimes we can be much harder on ourselves than anyone else would ever be. The part about your phone ringing and instantly feeling anxious also showed how deeply it affected you.</p><p>I’m glad you eventually learned to forgive yourself. We all make mistakes, but we shouldn’t spend the rest of our lives punishing ourselves for them.</p><p>Keep it up</p>
