The truth is most of us are fighting silent battle, struggle for survival and still put on a smiling.</p><p>We've turned "I am fine" reflex, meanwhile in reality we are not fine at all, we need help and someone to talk to.</p><p>I love the part of "if you see me smiling tomorrow, don’t assume I have it all figured out." — it resonates me.</p><p>The poem is short, yet it convey powerful message</p><p>Beautifully written.
