<p>This reminds of plato in his book republic, he divided human life in to three which are : first the imitation of ideal, the imitation of imitation of ideal ( art) and the ideal (the abstract form ).</p><p>Why did I bring this into this is because people tend to long more for best, perfect ideal, which these so called brands capitalize on and called "Luxury."</p><p>Unfortunately, the luxury is the imitation, because ideal is Infinity.</p><p>What we called Luxury today may/can be obsolete tomorrow.</p><p>Nice insight!</p>
