<p>This is insightful. Leadership is not only about being in the position of authority but ability to serve those who you're leading.</p><p>I love how you use Jesus Christ as a case of study, as a leader who serve his disciples and lead them in love.</p><p>Unfortunately, what leadership entails today has changed drastically. Being a leader today is an avenue to exploit the followers and make use of the position for self-interest.</p><p>Btw, this beautifully written keel it up</p>
