I am not a first but this is relatable</p><p>Sometimes, firstborns are expected to be little parents before they even understand it means to be a child.</p><p>Adaeze’s story shows how being constantly told to “act you her age slowly teach her how to stop expressing themselves.</p><p>I also love how you showed that this pattern can follow someone into marriage. What people see as pride may actually be years of being silenced.</p><p>Beautifully written. Keep it up</p>
