<p>This is relatable.</p><p>I like how you didn't paint your father's lessons as simply good or bad, but showed how they shaped you in ways you didn't fully understand at first.</p><p>The part about learning to be respectful without silencing yourself is really great</p><p>Growing up and realizing that you can disagree, speak your mind without being disrespectful is a valuable kesson.</p><p>And that last line? I hope your dad gets to watch you and your siblings make him proud.</p><p>Beautifully written. Keep it up</p>
