Feeling angry isn’t the problem but acting on that anger without thinking is.</p><p>I’ve had moments where I said things in the heat of the moment and later wished I had just shut my mouth.</p><p>I love how you pointed out that we’re human and emotions can be overwhelming.</p><p>Sometimes, taking a breath and giving yourself a little time before speaking can save you from "had I known."</p><p>Beautifully written.
