<p>This is emotional to read.</p><p>We’re quick to call someone mad when their behaviour becomes irrational, but we rarely stop to ask what brought them to that state.</p><p>I also love the part that some people are simply exhausted from carrying pain they never had the words to explain really stayed with me. Sometimes people don’t need judgment or another label; they need someone willing to listen and remind them that they don’t have to pretend to be okay all the time.</p><p>Beautifully written. Keep it up</p>
