<p>This is beautiful and reflective.</p><p>Sometimes we get so used to being the strong one, the dependable one, the person everyone can count on, that we forget we also need help.</p><p>We keep saying “I am fine” even when we're struggling to hold things together.</p><p>I loved the reminder that rest isn't a prize we receive after finishing everything. Life will always have another demand waiting. We just need to pause, breathe.</p><p>Beautifully written. Keep it up</p>
