<p>I love this. It's real.</p><p>Sometimes you know something is wrong, but when someone asks you to explain it, your mind suddenly goes blank.</p><p>I love the part about talking to the mirror because sometimes you don't need advice but somewhere safe to let everything out. We shouldn't always force ourselves to understand every emotion immediately. Sometimes, saying “I don't know what I'm feeling yet” is ok.</p><p>I will say Feeling first then understanding later.</p><p>Beautifully written. Keep it up</p>
